Early twice-signed contract for the "Bob Seger System"

DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, October 1969. Contract between Capitol Records and Herman Spero Productions, with the former agreeing to lend the services of the "Bob Seger System" for the taping of "the Upbeat Show on 10/25/69 which is to be aired on 11/1/69." Signed on the first page in black ballpoint by Bob Seger, Dan Honaker, Phillip Perrine, and Bob Schultz, with each adding their address and social security number. The full band signs again on the second page. In fine condition.
