DS, eight pages, 8.5 x 11, April 7, 1949. An 'Exhibit A' agreement that originally accompanied a larger document concerning Lang and Fidelity Pictures, mainly defining what is meant by "gross receipts" and pertaining to the financial technicalities of an unspecified film. Signed on the last page in fountain pen by Fritz Lang, who adds his initials twice to corrections on the fourth page. In fine condition, with a small tear to last page. Lang's only interaction with low-budget production company Fidelity Pictures was the direction of their largely forgotten film noir House by the River, which was distributed by Republic Pictures and released in 1950. The film starred Louis Hayward, Lee Bowman, Jane Wyatt, and Dorothy Patrick. Accompanied by a DVD of the aforementioned film, which calls it "Fritz Lang's Gothic Mystery."
