Western Electric 500 C/D White House rotary desk phone in black, with an image of the White House in the center of the clear plastic rotary dial. The bottom plate bears an "11-74" label, dating it to the administration of President Gerald R. Ford. In very good to fine cosmetic condition, with a rusty bottom plate; working condition untested.
