A .5 x .25 swatch of Kapton foil attested to as flown by Ken Havekotte, from the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia's thermal protection subsystem. Affixed to an 8.5 x 11 informational presentation sheet hand-signed by Havekotte, stating that it was removed after splashdown by O. W. Nasse, who was assigned to the Apollo 11 post landing and safety recovery team. In fine condition.
