Vintage circa 1967 autograph book, 4.75 x 4, signed inside in ballpoint on two pages by the classic early Pink Floyd lineup—“Love from, Nick Mason” and “Syd, x,” and “Love, Roger Waters” and “Rick Wright”; Mason has signed again on a third page, adding an inscription: “To Leslie, Love from the Pink Floyd, Nick Mason.” Other notable signatures include: Noel Redding (who also signs on behalf of Jimi Hendrix); Carl Wayne, Ace Kefford, and Trevor Burton of The Move; Andy Fairweather Low, Blue Weaver, Allan Jones, Clive Taylor, and Neil Jones of Amen Corner; Mike Smith and Denis Payton of The Dave Clark Five; and disc jockey Alan Freeman. In fine condition, with spine missing (pages and binding intact). Full sets of original Pink Floyd autographs, with its founding member Syd Barrett, very hard to come by; Syd exited the band shortly after this tour due to health reasons and never returned to the band he conceived.
Accompanied by three full letters of authenticity from PSA/DNA, and a letter of provenance from the husband of the original collector: "The signatures of the Pink Floyd and other singers included in the autograph album, were obtained by my late wife, who collected them as a teenager attending concerts in London in the Sixties."
Based on the dates on the Jimi Hendrix Experience / The Move 16-date British Fall Tour, the signatures would have been obtained at the Royal Albert Hall on November 14, 1967. Besides the Pink Floyd and Noel Redding signatures, the autograph book contains the autographs from members of The Move and Amen Corner, who were also on the fabled Jimi and Move tour.
