Handwritten lyrics by John York for The Byrds song 'Fido,' penned in black ballpoint on a pink 8.5 x 11 sheet, which is signed at the bottom by York. The lyrics, in part: "Fido stayed all night, he would not go home / I asked him to leave, I said 'I do not have a bone' / I was feelin' lonesome, sittin' by the phone / Wide awake, stayin' up, late wishin' I was home."
