Series 1976 two-dollar bill, signed in black felt tip, "Ronald Reagan." A 13-cent stamp is affixed to the right side, with a first day of issue cancellation dated April 13, 1976: it was on this date that the 'new' $2 Federal Reserve Notes were issued, celebrating the bicentennial of American independence. The backs feature the well-known Trumbull painting of the 'Signing of the Declaration of Independence.' In fine condition.
