Description

French chemist and politician (1737-1816) credited with producing the first systematic method of chemical nomenclature. LS in French, signed “L. B. Guyton,” one page, 7.25 x 9.25, October 29, 1804. Untranslated letter referencing the "Société d'encouragement pour l'industrie nationale." In fine condition.
