Russell," printed near the bottom, and printed by Duvall & Son in 1865. Broadside features a full-length image of Lincoln in the center, his right hand resting on the manuscript of the Proclamation. The entire Proclamation is printed behind Lincoln, with an upper border featuring an American eagle, Lady Justice, and a slave, with the bottom bordered by a floral wreath. Framed and.
