Untranslated document submitted to Napoleon Bonaparte related to soldiers on convalescent leave, boldly endorsed in the left margin by Napoleon. Matted and framed with an engraving of the Emperor of the French to an overall size of 14 x 22.25. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the top.
