Farley, of Connecticut as "Director of the Public Works, Administration for Connecticut." Signed neatly at the conclusion by Franklin D. Roosevelt, and countersigned by Secretary of State Cordell Hull. The beige paper seal remains affixed to the lower left. Framed to a slightly larger size. In very good to fine condition, with rippling to the edges.
