Vintage matte-finish 7 x 10 studio portrait of Thomas Edison by Walter Scott Shinn of New York, signed in the lower border in fountain pen with his 'umbrella' signature, "Thos. A. Edison." In fine condition, with small creases to two corners, and a few faint stains in the borders. A sought-after uninscribed example.
