Oversized publication entitled "The Assassination Story" compiled by Robert A. Surrey and printed by his American Eagle Publishing Co. in 1964, 60 pages, 14 x 22.5, which reprints newspaper clippings from the Dallas Morning News (November 23-December 11, 1963) and the Dallas Times Herald (November 22-December 10, 1963). Apparently there were only 3,000 of these publications printed, and 900-1,000 had been sold before the Dallas Times Herald ordered a cease-and-desist against American Eagle. Earlier in the year, Surrey and General Edwin A. Walker had produced the 'Wanted for Treason: JFK' handbill, and Walker had been targeted by Lee Harvey Oswald in April—presenting an interesting web of conspiratorial connections associated with this publication. In very good condition, with staining to the covers
