Limited edition color 11 x 13.5 miniature lithograph of a 1973 oil painting by Carl Barks entitled ‘The Goose Egg Nugget,' numbered 216/595, printed in 14 colors on Opalesque Keramique by the Black Box of Chicago, signed in the lower border in pencil by Barks. The scene depicts a young Scrooge McDuck showing off his fabulous gold find in a crowded Dawson saloon. The lithograph has been produced under license from The Walt Disney Company by Another Rainbow Publishing, Inc. In fine condition. The painting was inspired by a scene from his comic book story ‘Back to the Klondike,’ from Uncle Scrooge #2 (1953). Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
