Artist's manager and agency contract by which Grapewin hires Charles Beyer to represent him "for a period of 3 years." Initialed on page seven by Grapewin, and signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by both Grapewin and Beyer. In fine condition. Accompanied by a carbon copy of Beyer's letter to Grapewin, transmitting the contract
