DS, thirteen pages, 8.5 x 11, April 4, 1958. Agreement between Walt Disney Productions and Sovereign Film Distributors, granting the license to "distribute, exhibit and perform a Program consisting of the live-action feature motion picture, in color, entitled 'Old Yeller'" throughout Canada. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Disney and countersigned by a Sovereign Film Distributors executive. In fine condition. Based on the 1956 Newbery Honor-winning novel of the same name by Fred Gipson, the film was praised by Bosley Crowther as a 'warm, appealing little rustic tale [that] unfolds in lovely color photography. Sentimental, yes, but also sturdy as a hickory stick.'
