Rare glossy 10 x 8 publicity photo of Quiet Riot from the late 1970s, signed and inscribed in black ink and felt tip, "To Anne—let's rock & roll!! Randy Rhoads," "Anne, Hugs from Riot, Drew," "To Anne, Hey, let's have a riot, Rudy," and "To Ann, Keep havin' a riot! Kevin DuBrow.” In good to very good condition, with water damage to the top affecting one word of Rhoads's inscription (not the signature), DuBrow's face and all of his handwriting, and part of Sarzo's face. Rhoads autographs from this period are exceedingly rare, and given the concert date, this is likely one of the last Quiet Riot photos the guitarist ever signed; Rhoads left Quiet Riot in late 1979 and quickly teamed up with former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
Consignor notes that she obtained the autographs after a Quiet Riot concert at the Starwood in West Hollywood on October 25, 1979: ‘I pulled this photo off the wall at the Starwood nightclub when Quiet Riot was playing there and was front stage for their set. But when they started breaking down their gear and I was the only one left, all I got was this autographed picture! Oh well, at least I was there! Kevin was the only one who spelled my name correctly with no ‘e’ at the end.’
