Staple-bound NASA booklet entitled “Apollo 16 Technical Crew Debriefing (U),” 498 pages, 8 x 10.5, dated May 5, 1972, marked “15” in the upper right corner, with the front cover noting that “This document will automatically become declassified 90 days from the published date.” The booklet contains post-landing statements made by John Young, Ken Mattingly, and Charlie Duke in regard to various aspects of the Apollo 16 mission.
