Interesting DS, signed twice, “Ripley,” one page, 4 x 6, May 2, 1930 and May 16, 1938. Document certifying that he has received two keys to a rented safe in the vault of the Safe Deposit Company of The New York Trust Company; and, eight years later, that he surrendered the keys after removing the safe's contents. In fine condition, with two missing corner tips.
