Autographic condition: fine. Book condition: VG/VG, with some edge chips, creasing, and minor losses to dust jacket, spine darkened, and slight staining to a few opening pages. Accompanied by a custom-made clamshell case. Only 2,500 copies of the first issue of Of Mice and Men were printed; today, it ranks as one of the great American books of the 20th century.
