Description

Typescript of the opening of 'Unique Is Where You Find It,' a short story from Isaac Asimov's 1985 science fiction compendium The Edge of Tomorrow, two pages, 8.5 x 11, signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Asimov. The typescript reads, in part: "Emmanuel Rubin would have fought to the death rather than admit that the smile on his face was a fatuous one. It was though. Try as he might, he could not conceal the pride in his voice or the pleased gleam in his eye. 'Fellow Widowers,' he said, 'no[w] that even Tom Trumbull is here, let me introduce my guest of the evening. This is my nephew, Horace Rubin, eldest son of my younger brother and the shining light of the new generation.'" In fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the top of each page.
