Halsey, Jr. in his military uniform, signed in fountain pen, "W. F. Halsey." In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, edge rippling, staple holes to the top, and a vertical crease extending down to Halsey's left eye. From the Collection of Dr. Lawrence E. Miller.
