Signed and inscribed on the first free end page in ink as president, "Woodrow Wilson, 5 Nov., 1917." Autographic condition: fine. Book condition: VG/VG-, with a "Library of Lawrence E. Miller" blindstamp to a rear page, and significant tears and losses to dust jacket. A desirable, historic signed collection of Wilson's war messages to Congress.
