Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 19 x 12.25, December 13, 1913. President Wilson appoints James Nagle as a "Postmaster at Concord Junction, in the County of Middlesex, State of Massachusetts." Signed neatly at the conclusion in black ink by Woodrow Wilson, and countersigned by Postmaster General Albert S. Burleson. Post Office Department seals remains affixed to lower left corner. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing, and thin strips of toning to the side edges.
