The cel is placed on a hand-painted custom prepared background of Wonderland's mysterious Tulgey Wood, based on the original background used in the film. Image measures 6.5 x 3.25, with a mat opening of 14.5 x 11. Cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 25.75 x 22.25. In fine condition. The Cheshire Cat remains one of the rarest and most desirable of all Disney characters, with this example all the more coveted for its bright colors and magnificent display value.
