Description

World-renowned Italian operatic tenor (1850-1905) who sang Otello in the first performance of Giuseppe Verdi's opera. Untranslated ALS in Italian, signed “Tamagno,” one page, 4.25 x 7, no date. In fine condition, with a short split to the end of the central horizontal fold. Accompanied by an unsigned mounted portrait of the tenor.
