Impressive souvenir lamp from the Berlin 1936 Summer Olympics, with figurine of soccer player standing 6.75″ in height atop a marble base measuring 2.5″ in diameter; the base of the lamp features the Olympic rings above the text: "Olympia—1936." In fine, working condition, with the player's foot lifting slightly from the base. The lamp has been professionally rewired, with the small wire hole behind the figurine casting upwards a small ray of light from the interior bulb.
