Last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia (1859-1941) who reigned from June 15, 1888 until his abdication on November 9, 1918. He was the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and related to many monarchs and princes of Europe, most notably, King George V of the United Kingdom and Emperor Nicholas II of Russia. Untranslated partly-printed DS in German, signed “Wilhelm R,” one page, 8.25 x 13, February 4, 1907. Suede-matted and framed with a portrait and an engraved plaque to an overall size of 20.5 x 35.75. In fine condition.
