Letter to LeRoy Whitman, editor of the Army and Navy Journal, in part: "We are sending you a number of special articles on subjects suggested by the second paragraph of your letter…Others will cover the training of American and Chinese air personnel at Karachi, written by A-3 officers; problems of the Air Force supply peculiar to China, by the Commanding Office of China Air Service Command; personnel policies by A-1; and other articles of a similarly specific nature, based on experience of officers well qualified to write about them." In fine condition. Accompanied by a blank sheet of US Pacific Fleet letterhead.
