Larson of MIT's Instrumentation Laboratory, prepared by the Manned Spacecraft Center's Spacecraft Systems Branch, 6 x 8, February 1, 1969, marked on the front cover in felt tip, "D'Flight, MIT/IL, Russ Larson."
