Pulitzer Prize-winning American cartoonist and author (born 1929) whose animated short 'Munro' won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film in 1961. Original ink sketch of the toddler-soldier 'Munro' accomplished by Feiffer on an off-white 5 x 7.25 album page, signed and inscribed in ink, "For the Brownes, Jules Feiffer." Reverse bears a typed collector's notation indicating that it was received in 1959. In fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the top edge, and some light irregular toning.
