Clark, of Los Angeles, California, his true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, or agents for him and in his name and place on his behalf." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Fields, and countersigned by a notary public. In fine condition. The Big Broadcast of 1938, a musical comedy starring Fields, Bob Hope, Martha Raye, and Dorothy Lamour, was released two days after this contract was signed. In his final film with Paramount, Fields played the roles of two nearly identical brothers in the musical variety anthology, which earned an Oscar for the song 'Thanks for the Memory.'
