Description

Hungarian-born nuclear physicist (1908-2003) who worked with Fermi on the Manhattan Project and later assumed a leading role in the development of the hydrogen bomb. Color glossy 5 x 7 photo of Teller as director of the University of California's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, signed and inscribed in the lower border in black felt tip, "To Bill Pollock, Edward Teller.” Reverse bears a Lawrence Livermore Laboratory label. In fine condition.
