Snyder, his close friend who had served as his Secretary of the Treasury, in full: "I am enclosing you a copy of a letter that I have received from George W. Ritter, of Toledo, Ohio, and a copy of my reply to him. If there is anything else I can do in the matter I would like to know what it is because I am very much in favor of Mr. Ritter's suggestions." In very good to fine condition, with staple holes and paperclip impressions to the top, and some light smudging to the bottom blank area. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
