Uncommon DS, one page, 8.5 x 14, January 15, 1896. Pulitzer appoints Charles H. Jones as "my proxy to represent me as a stockholder of the Pulitzer Publishing Company." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by Pulitzer and countersigned by a witness. In very good to fine condition, with light toning over much of the document.
