Signed at the conclusion by Lee Shubert, Jacob J. Shubert, Max C. Anderson, Joseph L. Rhinock, and George B. Cox. The third page is a notarized certificate attesting to the execution of the document. In very good to fine condition, with creasing, filing holes, and general handling wear.
