The chaps consist of supple light brown zippered leggings with inherent leather belt and metal buckle, annotated on the waistband in black felt tip: "Bob Shelton" and "Bob Shelton, 3450 N. Accompanied by a magazine article about Tibbs, a two-time holder of the 'World All-Around Cowboy Champion' title, six-time world saddle bronc riding champion, and 1951 world bareback bronc riding champ, who went on to find success in Hollywood as a stunt man, coordinator, technical director, livestock consultant, wrangler, and actor for the film industry.
