The bright background surrounds the perfectly focused image of Ruth, who is holding his bat as he patiently awaits his turn at the plate. Very light, even corner touches are commensurate with the assigned grade, with a clean reverse. An eye appealing Goudey Ruth, exhibiting a bright and clean overall appearance.
