Confirmation of release in which Berra absolves "Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company from any and all liability to me…in connection with the exhibition, display, printing and publishing of my name and/or photographs and drawings of me, either still, or on motion picture film, or sound recordings, used in advertising" for a period of one year. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Berra, who writes his address below: "234 Rose Ave., Woodcliff Lake, N. J." In fine condition, with two staples to upper left corner. Five months later Berra helped the Yankees earn their record fifth straight World Series championship. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and Beckett Authentication.
