Eisenhower; and the second program, 8.5 x 11.25, for a "Dedication of the American Memorial Chapel" on November 26, 1958, held in the presence of "Her Majesty the Queen and the Vice President of the United States," with the Memorial Inscription reading: "This Chapel commemorates the common sacrifices of the British and American peoples during the second World War and especially those American service men whose names are recorded in its Roll of Honour."
