Fargo of Buffalo for 40 shares on January 10, 1860, and the other issued to Henry Wells of Aurora for 15 shares on January 6, 1860, both signed in the lower portion by their respective investor, "Wm. G. Fargo" and "Henry Wells." In overall very good condition, with light toning and rippling from dampstaining.
