Partly-printed DS, signed “Jared Ingersoll, Atty Genl,” one page, 6.75 x 9, November 11, 1815. Legal document concerning a theft case, in part: "The Grand Inquest aforesaid, upon their oath and affirmation aforesaid do further present, that the said Henry Clark late of the county aforesaid Yeoman afterwards, to wit on the said eleventh day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifteen at the county aforesaid and within the jurisdiction of this court, one coat of the value of two dollars and one pair pantaloons of the value of two dollars of the goods and chattles of the said Henry Hughes." In very good condition, with trimmed edges, and splitting along the fragile folds.
