Four items: a personal check, filled out in type and signed by O'Hara, "Maureen FitzSimons Price," payable to Silverwoods for $70.04, January 28, 1949, double-matted with a photo from Miracle on 34th Street; an Air service tourist card issued by the Mexican consulate, signed “Maureen FitzSimons,” one page, 9.5 x 7.75, July 25, 1954, authorizing an unlimited number of trips to the Mexican republic within a six-month period, and listing O'Hara as "Maureen FitzSimons," with civil status as 'divorced,' occupation as 'none,' and birthplace as "Dublin, Ireland," with her tourist card photo, 1.5 x 1.75, stapled to the upper right corner; and a pair of Bank of America Savings and Commercial booklets belonging to “Maureen FitzSimons Price,” 2.25 x 3.75, dated between 1946 and 1947, both filled out in another hand. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a Movie Magnet pamphlet with a preprinted signature of O’Hara on the front cover.
