Extremely rare D Records single for 'Chantilly Lace / Purple People Eater Meets Witch Doctor' signed on the A-side label in blue ink, "Big Bopper, Hello Baby." In very good to fine condition, with some rubbing to record label. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from REAL. The consignor notes that this was obtained in-person by a 13-year-old girl who knocked on the Big Bopper's door and had him sign it then and there. Records signed by the Big Bopper remain exceedingly rare, with this original D Records pressing of 'Chantilly Lace' serving as a quintessential example.
