Group of six TLSs by noted American WWII generals, including: Omar Bradley (2), Mark W. Clark, Lucius D. Clay, Barney M. Giles, and Jonathan M. Wainwright. Highlights include: one of Bradley's letters, dated 1946, replying to a letter from a supporter, in part, "I know how much you wanted to get into uniform and help out during the past few years"; and Giles's letter, dated June 30, 1945, in part, "It is our hope that our planes will so thoroughly demolish Japanese cities and industry that the final assault on the Jap homeland may be accomplished in record time and with record results." In overall very good to fine condition, with file holes to the Clark letter.
