Trailing all game to the highly touted Brian Dowling-led Yale Bulldogs, the Harvard football team mustered 16 unanswered points in the closing 42 seconds of regulation to earn a magical 29-29 tie in the 1968 season's final game. The impact of Harvard's moral victory inspired the next day's Harvard Crimson student newspaper to print the famous headline 'Harvard Beats Yale, 29-29.' The game has since been deemed the best in the rivalry's 142-year-old history, and one of college football's most storied and legendary draws.
