Graded by PSA VG-EX 4. This is the ONLY PSA graded example of this very difficult card. In fact this is the only example of O'Rourke, in this pose, we have knowledge of coming to public sale.
Tremendous card with about 80--90% of original gold gilding on the edges still intact with minimal toning, with an extremely clean white back, with none of the usual spotting. There are a few light chips along bottom, with a very small wrinkle (on the image) along the right hand side.
Since these cards were mail in premiums, and are very scarce. Finding one of this quality, and of a player of the stature of Hall of Famer Jim O’Rourke is extremely difficult.
