Graded by PSA EX-MT 6. The westerly centering is the sole reason this card is not in a higher graded holder. All other attributes, from the sharp corners, brilliant blue color and clean surfaces (especially the bright white reverse) are NM-MT 8 quality. A very eye appealing card.
