Twice-signed DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, March 29, 1968. Director's Guild of America gross earnings report filled out by Beaumont, who lists his 1967 gross earnings as $1912.50, and estimates his earnings for 1968 to be $1500. Beaumont signs and dates at the conclusion and then prints his name and full address: "Hugh Beaumont, 4944 Pal Dr., Tarzana, Calif 91356." In fine condition.
