Written from the Astor House, a brief letter to New-York Tribune founder Horace Greeley, in full: "I arrived here yesterday afternoon—and shall be glad to see you at your earliest convenience." Reverse of second integral page addressed in Clay's own hand. In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges and old mounting remnants along the edge of the integral address panel.
